1300 kcal Fat: 97.89g | Prot: 75.75g | Carb: 28.30g.   Breakfast: athenos feta cheese tomato basil, scallions, bacon smithfeild, heavy whipping cream, asparagus, egg. Lunch: marketside ceasar dressing, chicken, mushroom, egg, onion, bell pepper, dole spinach, large curd cottage cheese publix. Dinner: butter, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), chicken . Snacks/Other: splenda packet, raspberries, blueberries frozen, sour cream, cream cheese. more...
