Congratulations so much. How do you plan to keep at this weight? I have experience with that part being very hard. Are you continuing the IOPS maybe that will keep you motivated?

Congratulations!! I find announcing to this group any weight gains I have to be painful. LMAO!!! So I don't post them, I post the losses. I am determined and sticking with FatSecret always helps me (plus low carb).

Belonging to a group is always helpful. Congratulations on getting down to your goal weight.

Talk about “fat shaming”. a program that has you weigh in front of a group and announce a gain/loss is what I call the epitome of fat shaming and doesn’t sound very therapeutic..

The FS approach of logging it is good. Log/don’t log— read/don’t read. The data is there for your records and accountability.

The Tops club doesn't fat shame. When you gain all they say is "It's a beginning of a brand new week and we are glad you are here."

Maintaining is just as hard as the losing part. I have failed at maintaining many times. How do I plan to do it? For now I am continueing at Tops, but this time I will be a KOPS, (Keep off pounds Sensibly) I might try the exchange program and zero in at 1600-1700 calories per day and about 50-60 carbs.
