😔 thanks I’m not too worried about it. Could be any number of reasons I’m not losing at a steady pace. Most likely, because I’m not fasting. Usually fast 18:6 but working in the evening makes that too difficult so I eat throughout the day. I know losing weight For Me is more than just calories so I will be patient. Soon I’ll be back to working my regular schedule.

Weight can fluctuate a lot from day to day. Remember 16 oz of water weighs a pound. If you drink 1 gallon of water a day than your drinking 8 pounds of water. So, can see how easy it is to gain weight over a day. Weight gain does not mean fat gain.

Thanks for the support guys 😘😘 I was really hoping to be at 145 before I go on a keto hiatus. But oh well. It’s probably better this way. It’ll give me more motivation to be good ( maintain)
