I had the same issue. However, now I've seen 2 days of drops. Hang in there, it just takes time. 😊🤘

Not hopeless. I've been fluctuating since Dec. 20th. Still remaining close to 147, but never lower. I think at my age, the body is just adjusting to an over 30 pound drop. You can do this. As I always say, stay the course.

Half a pound is not hopeless. Your plan is 4 pounds so it is back to the drawing board. Did you write down your food? Do you have some data to review? If not, start collecting it today so you can see where to start.
