Even one drink of alcohol of any kind and I gain up to 5lbs of water.. It’s usually gone two days later though. It drives me nuts and it’s why I rarely drink.

I never had any issues with the noodles. They are kind of fibery that is all. But who knows about water retention. Any way you will flush it out easily

Shirataki is full of fiber and it will hold onto water. In a day or two that will go away.
