Had a cold today and felt rotten, but I did eat. Nonetheless, I hit my lowest weight in quite a few weeks. Crazy. Listing 'reasonably well' for following my diet because although I did eat more than I burned on Thursday, that was a planned cheat day and my average is under my goal.
