Well, eating less seems to have an effect! Might actually be able to get into the 150's before Christmas. Had another smoothie today, soup for lunch, maybe I will slip out to the vending machine, but I know I cleaned all the money out of my purse yesterday so I don't have change for the machine. Planning a get-together for mid-December, and putting lots of healthy foods on the menu, like veggie platter, hummus, soups. I will make some treats but probably fruit based things like baked apples, stewed pears, fruit sherbet. And a cake, I won't lie, but I have a lot of friends who very carefully watch what they eat. Houseguest claims she needs to go home soon so maybe tomorrow she'll go. I tried to convince her that her pain is being aggravated by the medical procedures she submitted to yesterday and Friday - by all accounts the treatments cover pain only and don't actually cure her problem which is literally post-surgical recovery. If you get cut open and sewn back up, that is going to hurt for a while. Just saying. I have some busy days ahead, cleaning and cleaning and some painting. Not sure I will get to move my birds to the room I want them in until after the New Year. Hang in there! Have a great Tuesday!
