Another month illustrating why it's important to measure more than just weight.
Last month: November 2018 Weight 151 lbs Body Fat 38 %
This month: December 2018 Weight 151.5 lbs Body Fat 38 %
I gained 1/2 a pound this month, and there was no change in my body fat. Yes. But...
Since I also do measurements of waist, hips, and neck, I have more information before self-deprecation sets in. I actually lost 1/2 an inch from my neck and 1 inch from my waist, which is fabulous. My rolls have also disappeared from my sides! From my armpits down to my hips, there are NO ROLLS when I stand. I can't remember the last time I was like that. Maybe high school? I still need the blobs of fat rolling in the front, specifically around my belly button. But IF has taught me patience and setting my goals for long-term change. It's all going to be okay... and better than okay.
Super glad about this month's numbers and progress. Big thanks to Intermittent Fasting (IF) and One Meal a Day (OMAD).

Great work...inches are much more important than the scale. You are also working toward bodyfat reduction

After reading your sweet post, I ran a test. I tried leaning down to my side at my desk in a chair to get something out of my bag. No roll up. It used to but it doesn't any longer. Thanks for heads up cutie.
