Wow! I am finally out of the 170s. It only hurt a little! This is the beginning of the eating season, lots of birthdays plus Thanks Giving and Christmas. I am very weak when it comes to baked goods and sweets. I will try to be diligent through it all. Right now I am a happy dieter!
