2 weeks on intermittent fasting- up .8lbs but I know the ups and downs so far are really water weight.

This is a long term journey and have been here before and know the last time I lost big it took time.

Important part is I’m feeling better and have hope.
242.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
