I sure wish this was working for you more easily. i'm really following and interested in your results as I am still considering going carnivore when I end my current water fast. Placing an order for beef liver, rib eye, chicken, and chicken feet (I don't enjoy coffee but I love drinking broth). Curious what your doc's input will be for you.

Y'know, maybe a whoosh is headed your direction. Rotating your protein source is a good idea if you suspect food allergies. Beef/pork, poultry, fish - only one type per day.

VAM GO FOR IT, my head is clear for the first time in years. But I don't attribute it to meat, I know I eliminated SOMETHING that was not good for me, now I need to figure out what!

Trackin64 wouldn't it be just amassing of I lost 10 pounds in that whooosh hahaha. As for rotation. Every day a neW food is a bad idea, your body can react 3+ days later from foods, and you don't know which one. Going a week I would think minimum, UNLESS you instantly feel bad on the new food I would guess.

suggestion, maybe peanut butter. when you are clear and ready you can take a big tablespoon full and nothing else for about a half hour. it should hit in that amount of time. slight change maybe but something if you are watching you will see. I get grinding my teeth to tightening my muscles to brain fog. different foods different symptoms. the other thing would be a vinegar based food, that is almost instant brain fog you notice when you are clear headed

Baskington, i've seen people have problems with Beef and Pork, some have more histamines? I didn't research it. I could have a prob with pork, but won't know till i give it up and i have one sausage and a pound of ground left LOL and 2 rib eye steaks. Maybe its not a FOOD. Maybe its just a metabolic shift from carbs to fat, and all carbs are evil to me LOL. ahhh.
