Feeling great. Below 190 now for 6 days. Fast day is Saturday, but I might be pulling the plug on cutting here pretty soon. Having a blast with Marshall who has really taken to me. Having trouble touching the weights with summer here. Grandson to play with, raspberries to pick, bees to learn about and just watch.... It's a good life.
