It is faster than I have ever lost in the past, that’s for sure! I love to workout, and was doing so even when I was eating junk all the time, so maybe my muscles just started working for me??💪🏼😅

Thanks for the reminder! I’ve definitely experienced weight loss slowing way down in the past, many times. I just need to keep moving forward and making healthy choices even if I don’t see the scale move or my clothes fitting differently.
