Okay. That's the last weekend with a fast day for a while. I'm within a pound of my goal on depletion, but my intention is roughly that weight with glycogen loaded. That will be at roughly 10% body fat. Calipers have quit working properly though I can see differences. Since I'm so close, appearance will be my sole guide.
