Ate mininum meat 5am-11am. Bicycle ride and weight lifting.
Consumed 70 grams pink salt, in order to reach a more youthful 60%-70% water range. Excited to see over 60% already. 65% would be nice.
Apart from the weight, I love the other numbers. I'm up for a repeat tomorrow.
