BOOM! I knew i had a good week. I worked out, came in low on calories and stuck to IF well.
Steamy Sunday. I am feeling good! I already feel like the summer is slipping away. Vowing to make it a good one and do what i can every day.
Roommate at his folks' and back tonight. I will get out with the dog but not sure if i will work out or not. I am pretty tired and sore, and i do think resting helps.
I bought myself a hoodie that i was coveting as a 50# reward. Getting excited to wear it, although it is too hot and sultry atm. Gave myself a pedicure yesterday, and managed to paint my piggies! That in itself was cardio. I keep telling myself it will get easier.
