Big improvement in mood by excluding 85% chocolate yesterday. Feel in control again, and smiling.
Ate so well yesterday, that I'm fully confident that the gain is related either muscle or hydration.
The two days with very little chocolate was enough to learn that this food is perfect for sabotage.
