Ugggh wth Yesterday i fasted for over 18 hours, worked on my feet for 8 hours straight, had perfect Keto macros, and drank a gallon of water by days end. That makes about 2.5 # loss for this week. So frustrated right now!

That's a good loss. Besides what you do doesn't always automatically show up the next morning.

2.5 pounds per week is great! It is definitely the high end of weight loss for a diet. It is a blessing to be able to eat each day and still lose weight. I am envious of you!

Thanks for all of your encouragement *sighs* I know I’m being whiny and ungrateful for my loss but I expect more! My body should lose more. I don’t believe in CICO but it has to even out on some level. Since I am following “perfect Keto” Barely any dairy, healthy fats, almost no snacking, and no artifical sweetners. I’m deep in Ketosis so it just doesn’t make since. LCHP woe had me losing 3# a week with cheats!! I still prefer Keto though. Even though cheating would be great, it’s also horrible for me. I needed to stop and with Keto I barely even want to cheat. I have lost inches. I’ll be measuring tomorrow so I’ll know just how much.

Didn't you weigh more then? As you get closer to goal your weight loss typically slows down - though i really don't think 2.5 pounds is slow at your weight. The scale is a poor indicator of what is going on in your body. It can't tell you that you have water weight or gained muscle or a number of other things.

I think no matter what happens we must accept the way things are. We can feel gratitude for the blessings we do get. I think it is a blessing that we have the opportunity to lose any weight at all! :) After my run today I dropped 2 pounds in water weight. Yesterday I dropped 4. So today, umm, yeah I wanted to drop another 4 so... only 2 was, umm not what I wanted :) But, I did think "I am so grateful that I have two legs and the ability to run and drop anything" - - I say all that to say, I COMPLETELY understand where you are coming from! :)

focus on how much healthier your body is/will be, instead of focusing on the scale :)

Scale angst is for amateurs. You know exactly what to do. Just look at what has worked. Let's go! #getserious #grindtime #stayhungry

I do expect for my weight loss to slow but not 60# away from “the ideal weight” of 120. I think the biggest reason I did not lose a lot of weight this week is because I did not exercise. I worked all week. I’m on my feet, walk about 8-13k steps, and lift heavy boxes all day. Thought that would be enough. Maybe not. I’m going to make sure I go to the gym at least 3 times this week though
