I am so disappointed in myself. I had been doing so well. I was even under 150! Then came the weekend. Boy did I blow it this weekend. I'm going to have to do damage control now. Really, just continue what I was doing and practice what I preach. I brought sneakers to work so I can walk at lunch, and hopefully I'll see something under 150 again within a week or so.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 5.1 lb a week
