IF with Bulletproof Tea. And I'm experimenting with an occasional High Intensity effort - running up flights of stairs or just walking as fast as I can. I'm still too heavy for actual running, but I'm making an effort with taking the stairs two at a time when no one's looking. :) and doing it for 2 flights x4. Tabata style!
