Happy Thursday to our FatSecret community. At my Starbucks today, but Kathy is with her sister on vacation. I had a good workout yesterday, and jogged at a 4.5 pace on the treadmill for 7 minutes. No adverse reaction with my knees, so I am very happy with the progress. Everyone have a great day!
