A very good, Good Friday to all here on FatSecret! It is nice to be taking it easy today, and see how my dogs and tortoise are enjoying the great Spring weather. Will most likely go to the 99 Cent Store, and buy some veggies, and things. My knee is feeling much better today, and I am hoping to fast a bit and get back to 260 pounds. I may take another trip to Costco too. Have a wonderful day everyone, and just ENJOY!
Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: I thought it interesting, a psychological diet tip, is to buy smaller serving ware and plates. Here is a nice Tilapia fish meal!
