Ok. i guess i cant be too mad for losing only one pound because i lost a total of 7.5 inches throughout the parts of my body that i measure. my waist went down by 2.25 inches

Tina, I have noticed on my own body, that when it's adjusting/shifting the fat around...that's what I call it becuse my loss slows or stops and I feel like things are being rearranged. There are adjustments being made and it seems like you can't lose pounds and rearrange the furniture in the same week!
