Woke at 206.2, same as yesterday. Adding and subsequently removing tons of water and waste daily. Did my morning regimen of water and apple cider vinegar, Essiac tea, and then coffee (last dose of the Essiac tea -- will hold off on that going forward). Did 4.5 miles outside but had to run home twice to answer nature’s call! Finished up with 3 miles on the treadmill (better safe than sorry)! Fasted until 2:30. Got a 200.0 weigh in. Today is likely my only 5:2 fasting day this week. Won't do it while on vacation, but should be able to do it next Monday as I’m driving back. I’m taking all my computers and my Tanita scale so I will be checking in daily. UPDATE: Ate some chicken and salad for dinner. Doubled my fasting day calories. Will adjust on my drive tomorrow.
