Grabbed 11.5 hours of sleep and got a 208.6 waking weigh in. Did an hour of weights and 65 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill and got a 206.2. That works. Still dehydrated and that's skewing the body fat and muscle mass numbers. One day soon I will sit down with a calculator and work out the effect of that body water percentage and its effect on my relative muscle and fat numbers. It seems very consistent. Looking forward to my Fitbit Surge watch arriving today.
