Weighed 224.2 after my July 2021 five-day fasting-mimicking diet. Will concentrate on protein and non-starchy veggies for the rest of the month. After my two-week vacation to kick off the month, there is no way I'll hit my calorie goal, but happy to be back to pre-vacation weight.
