Another tremendous whoosh effect and the lowest weight since December 11, 2018. I tried some reverse dieting in late 2018 and it didn't quite work. Back to high protein, moderate fat, and keto level carbs at sub BMR calorie totals (usually OMAD).

Glad to see the water weight coming back off again. I am glad you are starting to feel better, too. I am trying some new things too and hope it doesn't mess me up losing weight. We have to keep the body guessing.
