It is what it is. 2 months of constant flu and cold symptoms took me off my exercise path, and now I'm back where I started. I just haven't felt motivated enough to exercise Damage Control I'm feeling fine and I'm finally getting work done outside, but I've been overindulging, and avoiding the treadmill like the plague. The good news is that I made my infamous chile, and I don't think any parasites can live through a dose of that.

SICK SICK SICK for the same about of time
and I had the flu shot GRRRRRRR some of my grand babies have it now I dont like that and my oldest daughter ,, anyways ,, we made it and I too need to buckle down on the taking care of my body many blessing to you today thumbs up ,,

Glad you are feeling better and getting things done. Everything will fall into place soon enough. I agree with Hipaagrammy! You will get your mojo back sooner if you keep journaling and reading other journals. Great incentive! I'm not even going to remind you how great you feel when you start working out more. Sounds like you are getting a workout from getting stuff done around your property! Take care of yourself and Have Fun!!
