I started dieting Jan. 27th at 174. I started FatSecret Jan. 29th. I immediately got sick with a tummy bug and quickly dropped to 164. I started Keto with the Longevity Diet on Feb. 12th. at 168 and lost 4 lbs. in 5 days. I gained those 4 lbs. back fairly quickly, but steadily lost weight over the next few weeks. I started Keto again on March 5th at 165. Currently at 163 with two more Keto days to go.
