Took my wife to work today in Long Beach. Happy with my new low today in weight. My only cheat yesterday was a large Starbucks Mocha. Had a EggMcMuffin this morning. I feel super these days. Wish I'd done this sooner! Have a great day!
Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: Get of the sugar, and sweeteners, eat veggies raw from 99 Cent Store, and don't drink soda's. I would buy tons of them. No juices! Stay away from bread as much as you can. Fast when possible! I love all of you! Like the Beatles said, "Love, Love, Love!" It is all there is! It's MOST important!!!!!
