😁 I must have burned enough calories working in the yard yesterday....weight stayed down.
Gym today. I was able to fit in everything. Getting there just a half hour earlier can make a difference in how busy it is. I did struggle a little on the Pectoral fly machine. Last time I was on it was Friday. Did it, but it wasn't easy. My buddy was there to cheer me on today (Hubby).
Calories weren't bad today. Over 1700, but I know I burned extra.
Tomorrow is supposed to be another nice day, so I plan to do some more work outside.
