Early weigh in ☆ Pizza🍕
Therapy on my arms/ shoulders today. The Therapist had me do multiple exercises...some of which I can duplicate at the Gym, then put the tens machine & heated pads on my shoulders. She sent me home with 2 more exercises added to my repertoire.
Went downtown to shop for a gift for my Sister. I found several cute things to put in a gift bag.
After I got home I had the first meal of the day at around 1:30. I had coffee before going out, but nothing to eat. I ate my usual bowl of fruit & a slice of banana walnut bread with peanut butter & more coffee.
Did my hair & packed for the weekend.
My Sis & I went to a local Italian resteraunt & I had a salad & Chicken Piccata. I also indulged in a glass of Cabernet to go with dinner.
We went back to her place & watched home decorating shows til bedtime.
We'll be up early (for me 😉) to drive to Columbus.
No weigh ins for a couple of days, but I'll try to log. No kitchen scale either, so there will be some guesstimates.
