Thanks, Tim. Went for a walk and then to my mom's to go through more of my brother's stuff. It has been a tearful morning but at least I walked a little. I'll send healing thoughts to you, too- physical healing for you- emotional healing for me. I am going to try very hard to do something besides eat today. I need to find an alternative stress relief. 💗
