Yesterday was a rest day. Between Saturday night and Sunday morning I got 10 and a half hours of sleep. Part of the reason is that we are still having Church by conference call and while still in bed. I ate barely under goal. That's something I'm trying to do more often instead of eating way below goal. I met my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. 38kcal deficit // BF↓0.2% // BW↓0.4#
