Hey, gal I feel you on that. Food is my addiction too and it's a hard thing to try to no think about when you are dieting. What I do in a day to keep myself focused is do some craft projects and write. Ok, I am a writer and the way I write my stories of different main characters is almost how I view myself if I had that life. But keep that focus on why you are doing this and use it as motivation. It'll keep you focused on your goal. You can do this gal. You are not alone.
