This journey really does take the rest of your life to accomplish your goal. Each day is a day of challenges, revelations and choices. Those choices become easier with time with commitment but never kid yourself, your hard work can and will be negated by overconfidence. Yesterday, I was 284.3lbs and I was so ashamed of myself. I couldn't even log it on this site. But even though I ate like shit yesterday, I guess I didn't do too bad. I lost a friend this morning and my worries just don't seem so important at the moment.
