Tee hee. I hide behind a chair when doing my bridging...and it is just my RM and a puppy. You are brave. Way to go on the leg work...which is my favorite. :)

I also did legs today. Also worked in full body..ie: squats with a kettle bell pull, lunges with shoulder press, jump squats on trl with bicep curl, etc. Im with u on hip thrusters..

Hip thrusts are my favorite spectator exercise. Seriously, there are some large muscles in the legs. It pays to work them...
