I went to the gym yesterday, and did a fairly light workout 🏋️♀️. I ran for 3 minutes at a good pace 4.5 and then 3 more minutes at 4.0. Then, did 10 minutes at a fast walk pace of 3.5. I did 45 minutes of weights, and went home. I’m just getting back to working out after about a year away from the gym. Off to Las Vegas tomorrow, which undoubtedly will lead to diet trouble from free food. Generally, just been snacking to a light dinner. Hope everyone is having diet success.
