How do you measure your body fat percentage??

Chrisw is right about everything. Getting an accurate body fat assessment is difficult and only a snake oil salesman would claim to know the real deal. I gauge my body fat with my bathroom scales. Calipers have been giving me similar results as my scales but they are hard to read and easy to misread. I have a routine I follow most mornings that use in an attempt to get consistently derived results. Logging my weight daily, food consumed and activity has helped me develop a baseline and I use with the scales to guesstimate my percentage of body fat changed. Usually, I make at least three attempts at getting a reading from my scales, then I average the results.
Another advantage to lifting weights: it makes you near-psychic and I'm not by myself on that one...LOL

I agree Chrisw, they are consistent when the same method is applied each time. An example of what I'm trying to note in my journal is the amount of change from the prior day's body fat percentage. 19.1 percent body fat yesterday and a 19.2 body fat today is up .1%
