All the family that stayed over the holidays shipped themselves home today. I enjoyed them but trying to be a good host kept me busy. Everybody in my family that visited usually eat well. When they left everybody was off their normal diet, including me. We all have work to do. I'm catching up on logging now that I have the house to myself.
Yesterday I ate "Extremely Poor" at 139% of goal. I did reach my protein goal but did not meet my activity goal. BF up .4% since the 23rd and above my goal body fat...
