We went to Red Lobster last night for dinner. I did well until I ate that extra biscuit. To make matters worst, on way the home we stopped and got some gelato. I got in a medium intensity workout earlier in the day, ate "Poorly" at 121% of goal and met all activity goals... BF 20.9%
