Yesterday I did more running than usual during my daily walk. I ate at 109% of goal due to late night snacking on chocolate candy. I met all activity goals for the day.
I think nutrition is important, especially for us seniors. I became curious about my own protein intake. I wondered if maybe I was eating more than than I really need. After doing a little research, I have come to the conclusion that it would be helpful for me to increase my intake. I found an interesting article that I think is worth sharing...
