yesterday: weightlifting upper body focus. Walked on treadmill 30mins. stretched. stayed up late due to anxiety attack. Naturally, I slept like shit...woke up at 3am thinking I forgot to let the Beagle in. Her harness was hanging by the door, so she wasn't forgotten outside... Nova wasn't sleeping with me, and she helps my anxiety attacks but I couldn't find her.... making my bedtime 11pm instead... I can't keep staying up until midnight... -queue iron maidens song "2 minutes to miiiiidnight"
193.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
