NSV: Yesterday was rest and recover day-from exercise, at least. I use an app called TickTick to prioritize life, super helpful for ADHD folk. With house work, I use their built in Pomodoro timer/stopwatch and recorded 1.5 hrs of housework... FIRST TIME IN YEARS: MY THIGHS ARE EQUAL(ish)!!! One of posts in June, I talked 'bout how my right is smaller then my left. Measurements today: My right leg(+1.25in) is 26.5 and Left is 26.25(-.5in). Never skip leg day!!
193.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
