PT 45 minutes -Leg Press Machine: bend and hold for 10 seconds, straighten, do again - 6 minutes -Raised Step Side to Side: touch heel instead of toe x 30 rep -Raised Lunges: Lunge and hold, then next leg x 30 rep -SOS strap Hip Internal Rotation x 30 rep -SOS strap Single Knee to Chest x 30 -Calf Stretch on board hold for 100 count -I'm forgetting something....
Bike 60 minutes
Excited about new Theraband. When I started PT I used no bands. Then the red band. Then the green band. Then increased reps from 30 to 50 (at home). Today the PT sent me home with a blue band. Woo hoo! Haven't tried it yet.
I also got an SOS (Stretch Out Strap) with a book full of stretches. Will be nice to try some of these out that I haven't already been doing with a belt at home.
