Excited about the loss. However, I'm in pain today. Almost had to get out the cane. Going to try to do some laying stretches in a little while. Hope this passes because I miss my bike!

75% better! Still some pain, but I'm pressing through it. Did the bike and some stretches already...plan to do some laying ones later. Thanks nikeit and jcmama777 for caring and support. XOXO
