Up a few lbs but know Ill come down again. Still was on a calorie deficit but I guess the extra working out has caused my body to gain some muscle and retain more water from the extra work
178.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
