Windy Day; don’t honestly know either but I’ve done it since starting here. I walk instead of paying money I don’t have right now for a gym membership; I guess that’s it in a nutshell.

Something peaceful about walking anyway in my opinion. As much good for the mind and soul as it is for the body. Very therapeutic

Windy Day; yes it is especially when there are things on your mind that is weighing heavy on you and I know this first hand, I learned something last week from my daughter that is not only concerning but is weighing heavily in my mind and heart.
