Good Monday morning. New week to get things right, get stronger, leaner, healthier and happier. This week I want to add more lean protein and fiber and get in 30 mins exercise at least 5x this week. Also work on upper arms. For those who know, Question: Is it possible to improve upper arm sag to any great degree by strength training alone?? I have *ok* upper arm muscle tone, but dang the sag...the definition is lost. Summer is coming and I would like nicer looking arms! Hope everyone has a great, productive week. Clocks go forward next weekend!
