High stress for seemingly no reason. But everyone knows there's always an underlying reason. Getting older sucks. Widow life sucks more. Dieting is helping and giving me something to focus on with the great benefit that I'm slowly feeling better about myself. Ive lost 17 lbs. 13 to go to reach my initial goal. Can't wait to set the next one. I don't ever want to be fat again. Let's do this for the win.
